Shipping Locations: We currently offer shipping across Pan India. No matter where you are located within the country, we’ll get our jars of deliciousness to you.

Delivery Partner: All orders are shipped through our reliable logistics partner, Delhivery, to ensure timely and secure delivery.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days after they are placed. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation along with your tracking details.

Shipping Charges: There are standard shipping charges applicable on every order

Delivery Timelines: Delivery times vary depending on your location. While we aim to deliver as soon as possible, we currently do not commit to specific delivery timelines. Most urban areas typically receive orders within a few days of dispatch.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an SMS or email with your tracking number and link. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real-time.

Undeliverable Areas: We currently ship to all serviceable areas in India. If for any reason your PIN code is not deliverable, we will inform you and issue a full refund.
